Same super model, under very different creative direction.
You can't deny that both covers have something going on, and I think my own personal style makes me more attracted to the May/Emmanuelle cover, which is so easy and beautiful. But then I see the DecJan/Carine cover and I feel like I take my time with it, and at the end I do admire it more.

Which cover do you prefer? And while we're on that topic, thoughts on Emmanuelle VS. Carine?

  3. I possibly prefer Emmanuelle's version, not only for the picture but also because i find Laeticia such a natural beautiful person... much sophistication don't suit her.

  7. i prefer carine! emmanuelle's cover could be on any magazine. carine's cover is very vogue.

  8. Since one cover is for May and one for December/January it's hard to compare. These two SHOULD have a different (creative) direction. It's not just a different editor in chief. I think you have said it yourself perfectly. I love the risk in Carine's cover, but in the end Emanuelle's cover is more approachable I guess.

  23. Laetitia is sooo beautiful, she looks amazing on both covers, although I prefer the first one (even though I think it's a little too "safe").
    Mmm... I'm not sure about the Carine vs Emmanuelle issue, they're very different. I like what Emmanuelle is doing now, although maybe everything is a little bit "too her style" (hope you get what I mean).
