Me and Emporio Armani have a very strange relationship. 

I wear Emporio eye glasses (I love them and in fact, I am even wearing them right now) and I have quite a few of their accessories in my closet... Yet when the runway show comes along, I always seem to just skim it and move on, I never have seemed to find something in any of their most recent runway collections that had made me stop and fall in love (or even just stop and like...). But, then their campaigns come out! And I feel like they come out of the blue, their amazing level of taste and perfect model choices always get to me. The Emporio Armani campaigns always are in my top three of the season.

I have never only liked a brand's campaigns. For me, the campaign always came second to the runway show because usually a collection is simply much better the first time you see it, before all of the trends start getting copied everywhere, before celebrities wear it all on the red carpet, and before you have already seen a lot of the looks in print via editorials. 

So, does anyone else love a brand because of their campaigns and not their shows? xx
