Urban Wild

(photos via tfs)

Sui He by Hans Feurer for Vogue China November 2011
Styled by Anne Christensen

The title 'Urban Wild' says it all.
With looks from Proenza Schouler, Diane von Furstenberg, and Lanvin to name a few. You can expect nothing less from these brands but to be modern and urban. However, it's in the styling and the way each look was photographed that makes this editorial have this amazing western vibe.
Hans Feurer & Anne Christensen are some industry favorites of mine, I absolutely love them working together.. Obviously the results are quite magical! xx

wow. i absolutely love this spread. these women are beautiful and i love the wardrobe. this totally reminds me of that scene in Mongul when Ghengis Khan's father told him to find a wife with small eyes (because evil can get into the body through big eyes), and strong legs (because the woman is the strengh that holds up the family). LOVE THIS !

Lovely editorial. The contrast between the city & the far west vibe is really interesting & make the editorial special.
