Styling LOVE!

Amber Anderson by Haicham Riad for Elle Belgium October 2011
Styled by Anne Rabeux who literally took the season's best and mashed them all together so brilliantly.
Typically I do like Anne's work (Google her, I'm sure you'll like her work too), she has done some great things but nothing has been so outstandingly amazing until now!
I know that because when I try to look at this editorial while ignoring the styling (which is easier said then done) so I can look at the model, photography, and location - I actually don't like this editorial much.
I wish all of the photos were done outdoors OR in a studio, and I wish the Amber would be sexy OR commercial OR fashionably cute - It was just too much, enough for two different editorials.
Anne Rabeux to the rescue! xx

I love the mix! 'Mashed' is the perfect word to describe it. Looks so cosy and makes fall exciting.
You're so right! I'd assumed it was from different editorials looking at the pics until you identified it as just one. I do admit, I was so obsessed with the styling I hadn't cared. There is a balance between decadence and minimalism with that 70's flair and I love it! xoxo

First look is so elegant and chic, really like it!! the scarf on the hair si so cute!!

I jumped onto your site and though WOW what an amazing editorial but hadnt considered the contratig shoots that were done both indoors and out. Anna actually pulled it off methinks and the styling is just way too awesome for words. Isnt the last image just a amazing? Texture and colour blocking to the extreme! =)
gorgeous ed... great spotting!

Some REALLY stunning pieces in each shot. Love the rich jewel tones, and anything in rose-gold is a winner in my book x

I agree with you dear; this would have definitely looked better outdoors, and yeah it is too much! But I have to say that the pieces are so outstanding that I just focus on that and it makes me love it... so strange!
