Coat? Check.

Heather Marks by Nicolas Moore for Glamour US 2011

I think we all know that horrible feeling when you are trying to update a wardrobe for the new season without having a shopping spree to help. This is that presise feeling I have now, I am desperately trying to make it better!
I have been on the hunt for editorials with ready to wear looks that can be copied into one's wardrobe without having to break the bank that also features timeless pieces that I will for sure have in my closet - hoping this will save me and give me the inspirations I need!

I love this editorial and I see a lot of pieces that have look-a-likes at H&M, Zara and such. Plus quite a few classics.
For instance, the knit tops, red pants? Check. (it's a start!) xx

Loving that grey coat and the brown cape thing. I have a camel cape from last winter I'll be constantly hiding in when it gets cold!

i haven't got any red pants yet. i think it reminds me too much of myself growing up.. i always wore red pants.. and it got a bit too much i guess. but i love it on others.
And i can never get enough coats it seems..
but then it's always so cold here up north.

Everyone needs a strong statement coat in their lives. They make such a lasting impression, and, during the winter, it's really all you see!

Having the exact same dilemma right now. Still summer weather, but that could change in just a few weeks... That big orange coat would be such a great addition.
